USD/CAD - At Resistance?

USD / CAD chart shows an upward move, but somehow I think it needs to get much lower before it can make that big jump up. I'd go short on this one, but there are already 4 other trades which I have opened, and I think I will limit myself to those for now. Avoiding overtrading... Cheers!
